Jeremy started a food blog in high school while working at a local bakery.
His audience grew to exceed 2 million on TikTok and 20ok on Instagram while studying a mix of Spanish, Italian, and Food Science at Cornell University.
HarperCollins published his debut book Cooking Smarter in October 2023.
His Grandma Nan painted the illustrations.
Jeremy loves old people, card games, cheese factories, big dogs, expensive soap — and doesn't think seed oils are such a big deal.
